We do small conferences too (Up to 12 guests for the conference, sleeping 8 comfortably, 4 rooms with king beds & 2 rooms with 2 single beds)
Small Functions
We host small weddings/functions of up to 40 guests. The only financial requirement we expect is a 3 night minimum stay and the venue fee of R15,000.00 for hosting the function. This venue fee does not include anything regarding the wedding/function itself such as tables, chairs, flowers, cutlery, crockery, glassware, catering, music and everything else that you need or want for the special day.
One of the T’s & C’s (sent upon enquiry) of functions at The Residence @ Vrede & Lust is that you have a professional organizer/co-ordinator who will then liaise with you and find out exactly what your expectations are and then put a quotation together for all of those wants and needs.
Our preferred organizer is Elzahn Stuart-Fox who owns LeFox Weddings.
Mini Conferences
The Residence is perfect for these smaller groups for their company retreats or team building exercises. Please just note that the 3 night minimum policy applies here too.
